Our grade 2 organic matcha is designed for the more economically minded consumer. It's a cheaper alternative to our grade 1 matcha which has been specially made for us by our farmer in Uji. He's combined a select balance of first pick tencha leaves to create a matcha that can be enjoyed at an affordable price. It is much like our grade 1 matcha in the fact that it is stone ground slowly into a fine powder which results in a highly nutritious beverage.
