An exceptional first harvest organic fukamushi sencha from Kagoshima prefecture. Fukamushi sencha is steamed longer than other sencha when processed. You will find this one brews up into a nice green cup of green tea. We recommend that you infuse this one for a shorter time than our other sencha as it can become overly bold when over steeped.
In addition to having JAS certification the farm that produces our fukamushi sencha is also certified organic by QC&I (Germany) one of the strictest organic certifications of all.
