Our organic daily sencha is a mix of first and second harvested organic leaves with good flavor and aroma. It can be enjoyed year round as a daily tea or made into wonderfully refreshing iced sencha in the summer months (see below for brewing suggestions). It is very easy to brew either traditionally or as iced sencha making it perfect for those who are new to brewing sencha or for those of you who love making iced sencha in the summer.

| Brewing Suggestions |
Traditionally Brewed Sencha:
• 5 grams of leaves
• 200ml 90°C water
• Infuse for 1 minute
Iced Sencha:
• 6 grams of leaves
• 240ml 90°C water
• Infuse for 2 minute
Instructions:
• Brew the sencha as you would normally do using the above brewing method.
• Fill a cup(s) full of ice.
• Once the tea has infused for 2 minutes pour the tea into the cup(s).
• Serve and enjoy the refreshing taste of iced sencha!
